To enable hotels within the nationwide portfolio to have a higher degree of control over their marketing media through a centralised system – including standardised artwork and brand guidelines, a smooth ordering system and budget awareness. Hotels were ordering to a local level across a platform of highly differing printers and suppliers, resulting in a a lack of continuity and quality. Valor Group thus found it difficult to monitor return and results from marketing campaigns across the board.
We set up an online order facility with Valor, allowing each hotel to access their products within minutes, all designed within brand. Working with each hotel individually as well as the Group Head Office ensures all campaigns and operational products are kept within brand and quality is consistent across the portfolio. The online facility hosts all products by brand as well as personalised products by hotel. This also allows hotels to pool their resources, ordering products and running campaigns centrally with one supplier.
As the online ordering facility allows each hotel to view and order approved products based on pre-agreed group pricing, all marketing material is now streamlined. Orders are able to be tracked, and delivery status updates are readily available. It also gives full access to the central group who can monitor stock levels and spend by brand, allowing individual hotels have a better control of their budgets. Ultimately the AlphaGraphics introduced system controls the brand and quality, and also pools spending, saving on product cost and administration time.
