Rebranding and rethinking new-starter training manuals to encourage employee growth and retention

The Challenge

To develop and print inspirational and educational training materials for new staff Inductions, covering legal and company procedures in a fun and interactive way for all our new team members.

The Campaign

Working to avoid providing endless reams of text for new employees to read, Fuller’s were keen to create an interactive workbook that allowed their new staff to learn the information and skills in a more engaging way. This also provided a great welcome, and allowed staff members to feel a great sense of value. AlphaGraphics created the workbook, taking on board the Fuller’s progression level colour coding system, adding coded key fobs, printed pens, bags and vouchers.

The Impact

Due to the engaging welcome pack given during induction, figures show that staff turnover has reduced, due to a feeling of belonging and value. We also helped to develop a brand within Fuller’s, that could instantly be recognised as their training solution. The brand has been an integral part of developing the training dynamic, and has also helped exhibit Fuller’s commitment to training, helping them to win numerous industry awards.
