Full warehouse rebranding, allowing for product showcasing and store navigational ease

The Challenge

The Bestway Wholesale Group is the largest independent food wholesale group in the UK and have a top reputation for helping the many independent retailer customers to build their businesses by offering them full support with the best prices possible, the best service and the best availability and choice of product. Customers were unaware of Special Offers and the product offering available to them. The cash and carry warehouse lacked visibility and engaging marketing materials, and provided little or no incentive to buy. The product placement strategy needed to be improved to offer a better range and so enhance the overall shopping experience, and in return increase average customer spend.

The Project

AlphaGraphics were approached to enhance Bestway’s customer facing marketing collateral and in particular brighten up and design eye-catching POS which engaged the customer and in turn increased revenue - particularly on Special Offers, which change constantly.

Our retail expert worked closely with Bestway Head Office in London to come up with designs and finished goods which complimented the wide range of product on offer and promote chosen lines in-store. These were expertly printed through our Large Format printers.

The Impact

The warehousing was significantly altered through clear signage and POS, including indications towards best-selling products, special offers, and popular lines, improving the efficiency of the store and heightening the shopping experience, allowing customers to locate new products and browse more effectively.
