Q: Is AlphaGraphics just a copy shop?
A: No, our North East group of 5 sites has the highest turnover, globally
and employs almost 100 people. We use some of the best technology in the
industry and our main production centre in Stockton is made up of 24,000sqft
of production and storage facility.
Q: How do I know you will always print the colours I want?
A: All printers work to a standard called Pantone. This system is an international
standard of colours so whichever Pantone colour you are using, the same
colour would be printed anywhere in the World.
With digital printing we cannot guarantee an exact match but we will always
provide you with a sample to approve prior to final production.
Q: Can I be confident in AlphaGraphics producing a quality product?
A: AlphaGraphics operate under ISO9001, a quality standard system. This means
that from taking your initial enquiry to the completion of your project,
we adhere to strict quality procedures.
Q: Can AlphaGraphics print from my files?
A: Yes. Files can be supplied in numerous formats, the most accurate being
PDF format.
