The Campaign

From the outset, an AlphaGraphics project management team attended several briefing meetings to discuss all elements of the quarterly mailing with the Rent/Income Service Manager and IT Manager, including: data cleansing, page/statement layout, pre-printed stock requirements, deadlines (to a strict legal requirement), each production element, costs based on tender pricing and postage.

Upon approval of the production process, components of the mailing were pre-printed and placed into stock to reduce unit costs, which were then matched to the specific letterhead and customer type, and overprinted with personalised information. Throughout production, AlphaGraphics used individual barcodes to ensure the data was matched to corresponding notices or secondary inserts that may have also been personalised to the tenant.

OMR technology was utilised to scan barcodes at the fulfilment stage to give AlphaGraphics a 100% guarantee that addresses matched each individual’s data and billing information, a point that was critical to Fabrick. All operators involved in the mailing QC’d (Quality Controlled) the job to ensure accuracy and quality, and signed non-disclosure documents to ensure the security and integrity of the data and mailing pieces. Each individual tenant envelope was then distributed and delivered by Royal Mail.

Success

AlphaGraphics successfully completed the project to an outstanding quality, and received extremely positive feedback from the client as a result of the statement mailing.
