We have an exciting opportunity for a Junior Account Manager / Customer Service Representative working out of our Middlesbrough location.

You will enjoy working in a fast paced environment where you will have the opportunity to make an impact using your strong Customer Service and Organisation skills. You will be liaising with Clients providing updates and working with our internal team members, our marketing and creative teams, making sure jobs and projects deliver on time, exceeding customer expectations.

Your Key Responsibilities:

  • Customer Service – Answering incoming calls and communicating with Clients
  • General Office Administrative duties to include, filing, data entry, invoicing
  • Co-ordination and management of client requirements
  • Providing ongoing day to day support to the Account Management Team
  • Assisting with project documentation and scheduling
  • Updating internal systems and documentation
  • Supporting business development and marketing activities
  • Ensuring that the customer journey with AlphaGraphics is an excellent one!

Desired Skills and Experience:

  • Strong Customer Service Skills
  • Strong communication skills both written and verbally
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Computer literate with a good knowledge of Microsoft packages - Word/Excel/PowerPoint Ability to Multi task – organised and able to prioritise workload to maintain service levels
  • You must be a team player with a good work ethic
  • Able to show initiative and be a self-starter
  • Enthusiastic and helpful
  • Ability to work as part of a team offering assistance where needed
  • Print knowledge (not essential)
