September couldn’t be off to a better start for our Durham University Account Management team, Fiona Williams and Sarah Miller, who scooped an incredible two awards for ‘Outstanding Customer Service’ and going ‘Above and Beyond the Call of Duty’ from our client Durham University, for the second year running at their prestigious Supplier Recognition event on Friday 16th September.
As Fiona and Sarah were presented with their award for 'Outstanding Customer Service' they were told; “University personnel often describe AlphaGraphics as providing a first class customer service. Their friendly proactive approach is well received and they regularly provide a quick turnaround to meet the University's tight timescales. Support has been provided to various events. Fiona Williams, the University's Account Manager, is a delight to work with and takes ownership of proposed projects as a team member and inspiring real confidence with her ability to understand what is needed and contribute creative options within budget, delivered to deadline or in advance.”
Furthermore, when collecting their second award for going 'Above and Beyond the Call of Duty' they added; “AlphaGraphics received a number of nominations in this category with citations of always delivering on time or in advance. They are responsible for delivery of print for a number of high profile publications and events, examples being the summer pre-sessional programmes and exam papers, and they always seem to know what is required without having to be asked. They handle any last minute amendments calmly and efficiently and deliver exactly when and where needed with no request being too difficult. Fiona Williams and Sarah Miller are a pleasure to work with and we are very grateful for the service they provide.”
The awards, which are nominated by staff across a range of departments at the University, are not only a huge credit to Fiona and Sarah’s hard work and dedication to the University, but also to all the team working ‘behind the scenes’ at AlphaGraphics.
Fiona commented; “Sarah and I were quite nervous having won two awards last year, so we were absolutely thrilled to be winners of both the 'Outstanding Customer Service' and 'Above and Beyond the Call of Duty' awards again this year. AlphaGraphics had a very happy office on Friday afternoon!
We try to go the extra mile for all our clients and customer service is a priority; whether it’s ensuring our client meets an incredibly tight deadline for an event or exhibition or finding the most effective solution to a challenge they’re facing.
